We believe the best way to achieve our vision is develop our people to understand and to follow our guiding principles. However we also understand that we need to ensure our people have the job specific knowledge and upto date skills in order to develop our business and most importantly themsleves. To support this we have established our unique My House Educational Fund.

This is open to all employees with at least six months consecutive employment with us and the key difference is that you get to specify the training opportunity of your choice. Obviously the training needs to have relevance to our business but importantly is not just restricted to the "traditional" options. Some examples of training our employees have chosen to date are:

• Vocational - BTEC, NVQ etc
• Accounting - AAT, CIMA, ACCA etc
• Professional - CIPS, CIPD, NEBOS etc

Of course we also run our range of in-house training courses based around personal development, supervisory, coaching and managerial skills.
